I’ve just released my version of a Header Panel Generator. I realize that it’s not THE perfect header panel generator but it could be the perfect solution for you if you’re on a budget.

It’s nothing fancy. It will allow you to add a logo or some text onto an existing image. The image needs to be online. You can also use the image templates that I have linked to.
