In last post, I wrote about the two most popular screencasting software out there in the market. I understand, however, that not many of us are willing to cough up hundreds of dollars just to create a short demo of our simple product.
Are there any alternatives out there that are cheaper, or better yet, that are free to use?
I’ve got good news for you … there are. I’ve done a bit of research and have found two such screencast software: Camstudio and Wink.
I have not used either software so I can’t comment on how good they are. But from a quick read of other people’s opinions, Wink seems to be the preferred free screencast software to use. If you do check out these software, don’t be shy to leave a comment on what you think of them.
