Zoho is the better twin of Google Docs. In fact, Zoho is so much more than Google Docs ever was and most likely will be. While I do like Google Docs myself, Zoho gives users a lot more tools to collaborate data.

It is a great collaboration tool for web workers. Especially if you work in a team. You can share documents, work simultaneously at the same stuff and organize your home office, all with the mostly free tools from Zoho.

If you believe you can surf the Internet anonymously, think again. Recent months has seen a huge increases in online bullying and fighting and when I see bloggers who engage in abuse because they might think they can hide behind their computer I wonder whether they are smart enough to surf hidden from prying eyes.

In case you don’t know this, your IP address is like your digital fingerprint. Your activities can be traced back to you. While not every computer these days has a unique IP address anymore, many still do and those can be traced.

If you surf the web on a company network, most likely your IP address isn’t unique, meaning you are connected to all the other machines in that network. Those cane be traced too by the administrator.

Google Sites is a new online application launched by Google at the end of last month. Much like Squidoo and Hubpages, Google Sites allow you build free websites.

But Google sites is more than what Squidoo page is. Much like with Google Docs, you can share information with team members, employees or family members through online collaboration.

Once you have gotten the hang of it, it really is very easy to subscribe to your favourite blogs and keep in touch with updates without having to visit the actual blog at all.

SnagIt is a fantastic software that allows webmasters and blog owners alike to take professional looking screen shots. You can capture images, logos, pop up windows and anything else you see on a website easily with SnagIt.

The only thing that can’t be copied is Flash. But really, you don’t want to anyway since this is a whole different apple to bite. Once you capture your image, you can edit it in many ways and add pointers, arrows, annotations, borders and much more.
